The default for kids and family multivitamins
The most recognised gummy silhouette on shelf, and the one retail buyers assume when a brief says 'gummy'. The moulded face and limbs read clearly even at 3g, which keeps it legible through a clear pouch window. Runs on a softer 3,000-3,800 cP slurry, so it suits pediatric and family SKUs where a firm chew would be a complaint driver.
A kids format that is not the shape every competitor uses
Same 3g deposit and same audience as the bear, with a silhouette almost nobody else in private label runs. Useful when a brand wants the familiarity of an animal gummy without landing on a shelf next to four identical bear jars. The upright ears carry colour well, which makes the piece photograph strongly for DTC listings.
The lowest-cost piece in the catalogue
A plain half-dome pastille - a clean hemisphere, flat based and as tall as half its width - and the lightest deposit we hold at 2.5g, which makes it the cheapest piece per unit and the most forgiving to run. No fine detail means no demould defects and the fastest line speed of the six. The right pick for adult daily formats where the shape is not doing marketing work and cost per gummy is the deciding number.
Beauty, women's health and cardiovascular
The shape that does the most positioning work per gram. It signals beauty, women's wellness and heart health without a single word of on-pack copy, which is worth real estate on a crowded label. Deposits cleanly at 3g with a full rounded lobe rather than the flattened valentine that cheaper tooling produces.
Apple cider vinegar and wholefood positioning
Reads as fruit and wholefood on sight, so it carries apple cider vinegar, greens and detox lines without needing the label to explain itself. The stem nub is the only fine feature on the piece and demoulds reliably. A strong fit where the brand story is 'food, not pharma'.
Botanical, adaptogen and mushroom lines
The most botanical silhouette we hold, with moulded vein detail that survives at 3g and gives the piece a premium, considered look up close. Pairs with mushroom, adaptogen and herbal formulations where an animal shape would undercut the positioning. Photographs well in both amber and green.

A sketch, a reference photo or a CAD file. We check it can actually be deposited and demoulded before anything is machined, and say so if it cannot.
We draw the production cavity from your silhouette, setting draft angles and fill behaviour so the piece releases cleanly at line speed.
The cavity plate is machined to the approved CAD and fitted to the depositor line.
Trial deposits prove the cavity fills, sets and demoulds within tolerance before your production batch starts.
Each shape is an existing cavity plate on the line. This is the tooling your gummy is deposited into, and the reason a stock shape carries no charge: the mould already exists.
